OutGROW OutPLAY looks for people who are financially sound and;

• have an entrepreneurial spirit, business experience or life experience

• customer service skills and or a sales background

• computer literate with basic computer skills and knowledge of social media platforms

• outgoing, friendly and love working with people and are not afraid to shout from the rooftop when they believe strongly in something

• passionate about saving money who would like to build a business around helping their entire community to do so too

We will teach you everything you need to know about running a successful consignment sale event but we can not teach you to be positive, passionate, use common-sense nor can we teach you to genuinely enjoy helping people.
